Governance and Engagement Specialist

Culturev8 is growing, and we are looking for a Governance and Engagement Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is a newly created position supporting the delivery of governance, engagement, planning and advisory services to our council, NGO and community clients across Queensland. The role is home-office based, broad in scope, and offers real variety, from drafting policy and preparing briefs to supporting community engagement on Country.

We are looking for someone with a sound understanding of First Nations communities and organisations, familiarity with the Queensland regional and political environment, and experience in local government, community organisations, or a legal or policy team.

• Permanent, full-time (38 hours per week)
• $90,000 – $105,000 p.a. + superannuation
• Remote home-office based, anywhere in Queensland
